Job Summary:

The Cybersecurity Research Analyst plays a pivotal role in curating, developing, and organizing educational content for our online cybersecurity training modules. This position is both research-focused and administrative. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis on emerging cybersecurity topics, technologies, and trends. This research will support the development of audio and video content used in training, as well as the design of interactive labs to enhance learning. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the course development team to ensure the course materials are accurate, practical, and engaging.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in using various software tools, including recording, editing, and training labs software, and should have an academic or professional background in cybersecurity or computer science.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on various cybersecurity topics, such as threat landscapes, risk management, compliance, and emerging technologies, ensuring all information is current and industry-relevant.

Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to compile research findings into clear, structured materials that form the basis of training modules. Develop high-quality course content, including audio scripts, video presentations, and illustrative training materials.

Software Proficiency: Utilize a variety of software tools to create and refine content, including recording and editing software (e.g., Audacity, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere), training illustrations, and lab software (e.g., Cyber Range, TryHackMe).

Hands-On Labs: Assist in the design, setup, and execution of practical training labs. Ensure that these labs offer learners real-world scenarios that simulate cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies.

Project Management: Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) to manage multiple projects, track deadlines, and ensure the timely delivery of all content, working across teams
