SENIOR ACCOUNTS MANAGER (FULL TIME)
Profile Facts Protocols Nig. Ltd. (Profacts) seeks to hire on behalf of its client, an Experiential Marketing & Advertising Agency in Lagos, a skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Manager with about 5 years work experience. APCON certification is a plus.
The role requires a professional that can lead and coordinate people, make intelligent decisions, and take initiatives. The person must be market smart with excellent negotiating & interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Budgetary responsibility (achievement of revenue and set target for self and the team).
• Ensure successful delivery of all client briefs within time and budget.
• To supervise creative outputs, schedules, cost estimates and financial control of production processes to improve cost effectiveness and profitability.
• Accept responsibility for internal status meetings and full client status meetings (for your team members).
• Ensure appropriate sign off for all required project documents i.e., Purchase orders/copy.
• Ensure understanding of the effect of a job on the clients’ bottom line.
• Ensure understanding of the relevant client contract and relevant legal/regulatory guidelines.
• Work with other Account Executives to ensure the above by prioritizing, delegating, and managing each of the projects within the team.
• Have a clear understanding of the client’s operational requirements and deliver briefs to agreed plans.
• Through close relationships with your client, continuously provide updated information regarding status of work, always managing the client’s expectations.
• Control information gathered about the client through accurate contact reporting, clear project documentation on costs, copy and artwork instructions.
• Providing clients with full access to the range of services that are available within the company.
• Ensure client and agency is kept up to date with any developments on the account via attendance at relevant meetings and regular reviews.
• Raise, develop, and exploit opportunities for business development with existing and potential clients.
• To set targets and make sure that Account Executives meet and exceed targets
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• B.Sc. from an accredited university.
• Knowledge of Advertisement & Experiential Marketing
• Excellent written and good communication skills.
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details, meeting deadlines and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• M.Sc. certificate is desirable
