We are seeking a very smart and dynamic individual to join our team:
Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Communications Manager
Organization: A group of companies
Location: Remote
Type: Full Time (Mon. – Fri.)
Salary: Attractive monthly salary, plus generous, uncapped performance-based bonuses. (Bonuses paid quarterly).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Information Management or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and driving revenue. Develop specific strategies to increase social media following and boost engagement metrics, including likes, shares, and comments.
2. Account Management: Oversee and manage multiple business social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. Tailor content to fit the unique voice and audience of each platform.
3. Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with target audiences. Ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and business goals.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to assess performance and effectiveness. Use insights to optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and profitability. Set benchmarks and KPIs to track growth in followers and engagement over time.
5. Audience Engagement: Foster relationships with followers and engage with audiences through timely responses, proactive outreach, and community building. Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and active participation.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, and product development) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Collaborate on promotional campaigns and product launches to maximize impact.
7. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, including promotions, contests, and advertising, to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand loyalty. Develop targeted campaigns to attract new followers and convert engagement into business opportunities.
8. Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Analyze the cost-effectiveness of various marketing initiatives and adjust plans accordingly.
9. Research Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing. Utilize insights to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
10. Social Media Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow social media following, including targeted advertising, influencer partnerships, and engagement tactics. Identify and leverage trending topics and hashtags relevant to the brand to boost visibility and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management and marketing.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset for storytelling and brand building.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
